(March 27, 2010) -- The Franklin Pierce University volleyball team hosted fellow Northeast-10 Conference members Massachusetts Lowell, Merrimack and Stonehill in a spring competition date at the Fieldhouse on Saturday. In the informal scrimmage setting, the Ravens defeated Stonehill, 2-1, and were defeated by Massachusetts Lowell and Merrimack.

(February 5, 2010) – Sophomore forward Tia Levins (Manchester, Maine) of the Franklin Pierce University field hockey team and junior libero Chelsie Kohout (Harrison Township, Mich.) of the volleyball team have each been named to their respective Northeast-10 Conference Academic All-Conference Teams for the fall semester, as announced Friday by the conference office. The pair of Ravens joins four men’s and women’s soccer players honored yesterday to give Franklin Pierce four All-Academic selections in the semester.

RINDGE, N.H. (December 1, 2009) – Franklin Pierce University head volleyball coach Stephanie Dragan has announced the signing of three players to National Letters of Intent. Right side hitter Ashley Bruce (Hampton Falls, N.H.), middle hitter Katie Jackson (Cherry Creek, Colo.) and outside hitter and libero Lauren Miller (Alexandria, Ind.) will all join the Ravens for the 2010 campaign.

(November 6, 2009) – Freshman Chelsea Overholt chalked up 12 kills on Friday night to lead Adelphi to a 3-0 victory over the Franklin Pierce University volleyball team in Northeast-10 Conference action at Adelphi’s Center for Sport and Recreation. Senior Megan Feldmeth (South Pasadena, Calif.) picked up nine kills for Franklin Pierce in defeat.

(November 3, 2009) – Senior Caitlynn Parnell (Medina, Texas) tallied 16 kills, including the 1,000th of her career, to go with 17 kills on Tuesday night to post a double-double and lead the Franklin Pierce University volleyball team to a 3-1 victory over Post in non-conference play at Franklin Pierce’s Fieldhouse. Senior Katie Ristow (Miami, Fla.) played in her 124th match for Franklin Pierce, establishing a new program record. Franklin Pierce honored its senior class prior to the start of the match.

(November 1, 2009) – Seniors Caitlynn Parnell (Medina, Texas) and Katie Ristow (Miami, Fla.) and junior Pamela Walker (Chino Hills, Calif.) all collected double-doubles on Sunday afternoon, but the Franklin Pierce University volleyball team was defeated, 3-2, by Le Moyne in Northeast-10 Conference play at Franklin Pierce’s Fieldhouse. Senior Elizabeth Cheek piled up a match-best 24 kills to go with 23 digs to lead Le Moyne to the victory.

Freshman Kayleigh Quinn hammered out a match-best 21 kills to lead three Saint Rose players in double digits.

Junior Aimee Drainville and senior Jessica Haller led Assumption with six kills apiece in defeat.
