130 Franklin Pierce Student-Athletes Named to NE-10 Spring Commissioners Honor Roll

RINDGE, N.H. (July 23, 2009) 130 of Franklin Pierce Universitys 276 student-athletes, who compete in Northeast-10 Conference sports have been recognized as members of the Conferences Commissioners Honor Roll for the Spring 2009 semester. The 130 Ravens are part of the 2,619 student-athletes from the NE-10s 15 member institutions that earned a 3.0 semester grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.
Two Ravens Land On Northeast-10 Conference Spring All-Academic Team

(July 2, 2009) Two Franklin Pierce University student-athletes have been selected to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Academic Team for the spring season, as announced by the conference office. Sophomore designated hitter Derek Ingui (Sterling, Mass./Wachusett Regional) of the baseball team and senior midfielder Jon Priest (Burlington, Mass./Landmark School) represented Franklin Pierce among the 83 student-athletes honored by the Northeast-10.

(May 7, 2009) Two Franklin Pierce student-athletes will represent the University at the NCAAs National Student-Athlete Development Conference later this month at the Walt Disney World Coronado Spring Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Franklin Pierce junior volleyball captain Katie Ristow (Miami, Fla./Miami Killian Senior HS) and sophomore womens soccer and rowing athlete Snezana Stojkovic (Vitojevci, Serbia) will be among 186 NCAA Division II student-athletes and over 600 student-athletes membership wide to participate in the annual conference May 24-27.
