Cross Country/Track & Field Puts Four on CoSIDA Academic All-District Teams

GREENWOOD, Ind. (August 4, 2021) -- The Franklin Pierce University cross country and track & field program has had four student-athletes earn Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), as announced earlier this summer. Sophomore Connor Everidge (Baldwinville, Mass.) and junior Riley Fenoff (Danville, Vt.) from the men’s team, as well as juniors Alena Masterson (Pelham, N.H.) and Stephanie Phoenix (Wallingford, Conn.) from the women’s team, were all named to the Academic All-District I First Team. As a result of their selection, all four advanced to the Academic All-America ballot.

MANSFIELD, Mass. (June 3, 2021) -- Junior Alena Masterson (Pelham, N.H.) of the Franklin Pierce University women’s cross country and track & field program has been named as a finalist for the Northeast-10 Conference Woman of the Year award, as announced on Tuesday by the league office.

Women’s Cross Country Defeats Saint Michael’s at Ninth Annual Kirsh Cup

HOPKINTON, N.H. (March 26, 2021) -- The Franklin Pierce University women’s cross country team hosted the ninth annual Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on Friday afternoon against Saint Michael’s. The Ravens came out with a win at Houston Fields, as they accumulated a total of 24 points in the 5k, while Saint Michael’s accrued 32.
Franklin Pierce Selected to Host East Regional of NCAA Cross Country Championships in 2023, 2025

INDIANAPOLIS (October 20, 2020) – Franklin Pierce University has been selected to host the East Regional of the NCAA Division II Championship in men’s and women’s cross country in both 2023 and 2025, as announced last week by the NCAA. The Ravens have hosted the event on three previous occasions, and will once again do so at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, N.H. Exact dates of competition will be determined in the future by the NCAA.
