Anais Geslin Collects NE10 Women's Tennis Player of the Week
Mansfield, MA (4/5/22) – For the first time in her collegiate career, graduate student Anais Geslin (Livry-Gargin, France) was named the NE10 Women's Tennis "Player of the Week", per the official announcement made by the conference on Tuesday afternoon (4/5/22).
It was a relatively quiet week overall for Women's Tennis, but not as such for Geslin in their only matchup against Holy Cross on Saturday afternoon. Participating in both a singles and doubles matchups, Geslin completed the singles round in two decisive sets, winning 6-1 in the first and claiming a 6-0 shutout win in the second. The success translated over to her doubles effort, where she battled to a 6-4 single-set win to help claim two points for the Ravens in their 5-2 win over the Crusaders.
Geslin and women's tennis will return to the courts this coming Sunday, April 10th for a road bout with Brandeis University at 2PM.
