SYRACUSE, N.Y. (Oct. 4, 2003) – The Franklin Pierce volleyball team fell to Le Moyne College, 3-0, in Northeast-10 Conference volleyball action this evening.

Freshman Christina Collett (Tombstone, Ariz./Tombstone) led the Ravens with 16 kills and also registered five digs while classmate Michelle McConnell (Elora, Ontario/Centre Wellington) contributed five kills, five aces and eight digs despite the loss.

Sopomore Tara Vece (Clinton, Conn./Morgan School) recorded a team-high 15 digs, and senior setter, Bethany Findley (Clinton, Conn./Morgan School), dished 23 assists.

Franklin Pierce (7-7, 2-5 NE-10) next travels to College of Saint Rose on Sunday for a Northeast-10 Conference match at noon.
