NEW LONDON, N.H. (October 1, 2019) Freshman phenom Jinnapat Rittawee (Kanchanaburi, Thailand) finished first individually for the third time to lead the Franklin Pierce University women's golf team to their fourth tournament victory of the fall at the Penmen Invitational hosted by Northeast-10 Conference and interstate program Southern New Hampshire University.

On the par 72, 5,912 yard Lake Sunapee Country Club course, Rittawee (147, +3) lead all golfers by punching home 27 pars across the 36 holes while adding 4 birdies. She also led all golfers in scoring on par-four holes shooting three-over-par, six strokes lower than the next golfer on those holes. Her 71 (-1) second round tied her personal-best and was the low score over both rounds.

She was one of three Ravens to place in the top-10 as Christine Songcuan (Lancaster, Calif.) finished eighth (158, +14) and Alia Godek (Feeding Hills, Mass.) finished tied for ninth (161, +17).

Taylor Hartley (Canton, Ga.) (163, +19) and Zoey Yamamoto (Honolulu, Hawaii) (164, +20) rounded out the Ravens scoring. Freshman Micaela Leandro (Harlingen, Texas) competed as an individual and deadlocked at 19th on the leaderboard. She found more success during her first go through the course dropping in a 78 (+6).

As a team, Franklin Pierce shot 318 on Monday and was tied with the host Penmen for the lead before the Ravens shot a 310 on the second day to pull away and win the tournament with a combined score of 628 (+58) besting second-place Stonehill College by four strokes.

Franklin Pierce now gets a weekend off before heading to the Shenendoah Golf Course at Turning Stone in Verona, N.Y. for the Northeast-10 Championship beginning on Sunday, October 13th.
