2008-09: Named to the Northeast-10 Commissioner’s Spring Academic Honor Roll … appeared in 18 games … averaged 0.4 points and 0.6 rebounds per game … scored a season-high four points versus Merrimack (12/22) … had two points and two rebounds against Southern Connecticut State (1/10). Before Franklin Pierce: 2008 graduate of Kearsarge Regional High School. Four-year letterwinner, serving as team captain, for coach Ed Tenney. Two-time All-State selection, earning first team honors once and an honorable mention selection the other. State Player of the Year runner-up, helped team to state championship game. Named team MVP and also earned All-Academic honors. Played AAU basketball for Granite State Raiders.

Personal: Born January 16, 1990, in Olathe, Kan. Daughter of Greg and Patty Mapes of Kettering, Ohio. Has two brothers, Zach and Duncan, and a sister, Sarah. Father played football for the Air Force Academy. Brother, Duncan, played football at University of Saint Thomas. Majoring in business. Lists a win over top-seeded Hanover High School after rallying from 25 points down in the state tournament as her greatest sports moment so far. Lists Paul Pierce as her favorite athlete.
