Track and Field Competes at Panther Invitational

PLYMOUTH, N.H. (1/18/25) - The Ravens Track and Field team headed across the state for their first event of 2025 to compete at the Panther Invitational. 

MEN'S RESULTS

As a team, the men's team finished first out of six teams with 251.5 points, an all-time program high. 

In the 60-meter dash, Jamel Lee placed third with a time of 7.22 seconds, while Shawn Mulkerin finished sixth in 7.40 seconds.

The Ravens performed strongly in the 200-meter dash, led by Shawn Mulkerin, who took first place in 23.33 seconds. BJ Hendrikson III followed in third with 23.90 seconds, and Gabe Gillette finished fourth in 23.95 seconds.

First-year Bunmi Fabikun placed sixth in the 400 meters, clocking in at 54.03 seconds, with teammate Collin Sullivan finishing ninth in 54.94 seconds.

In the 600 meters, Samuel Fortin captured second place with a time of 1:27.01, and Angel Mendo Alonso followed in fourth with 1:28.03.

The 1000 meters saw another victory for Fortin, who crossed the finish line first in 2:49.33, while Mendo Alonso secured second in 2:52.79.

In the 1-mile run, Declan Morgan claimed first place in 4:39.04. John Viens came in second with a time of 4:40.83, and Liam Doherty rounded out the top five in 4:46.09.

Morgan also led the Ravens in the 3000 meters, finishing first in 9:29.61. Logan Mihelich secured second place in 9:37.43, and Doherty took fourth in 9:44.70.

In the 60-meter hurdles, Noah Delgado earned second place with a time of 9.21 seconds, while Daniel Dionne finished fourth in 9.42 seconds.

In the high jump, Antonio Adams-Delgado set a new school record with a mark of 2.04 meters, securing first place. The mark also met the National Championship standard and set a new Plymouth Indoor record. Zaire Rosa and Owen Stevens tied for second with 1.90 meters, while Alioune Diaw finished fourth with 1.85 meters.

Travis Martins led the Ravens in the pole vault, winning the event with a height of 3.90 meters. Delgado finished second with 3.10 meters, and Dionne placed fourth with 2.65 meters.

The Ravens dominated the long jump, with Owen Stevens taking first place with a mark of 6.76 meters. Dom Domerson placed second with 6.65 meters, and Rosa finished third with 6.40 meters. Adams-Delgado took fifth (6.28 meters), followed by Bryce Dragsbaek in sixth (6.21 meters).

In the shot put, Sproul Derolus earned second place with a throw of 12.67 meters, while Delgado finished sixth with 11.56 meters.

The weight throw featured Jacob Janicki placing third with a throw of 12.01 meters and Jack DiStephan finishing fourth with 11.50 meters.

WOMEN'S RESULTS

The women's team finished fourth out of six teams with 108.5 points. 

In the 60-meter dash, Issys Price led the Ravens with a fourth-place finish in 8.25 seconds, followed by Abbie Jacobson in fifth with 8.42 seconds.

Cora Knight placed seventh in the 200 meters with a time of 29.33 seconds.

Ellie McOnie-Lownsbrough earned fourth place in the 600 meters with a time of 1:55.20, and Lauren Muldoon finished fifth in 1:57.85.

In the 1000 meters, Meghan Sheline placed fifth with a time of 3:27.02. McOnie-Lownsbrough and Muldoon followed in fifth and sixth with times of 3:39.37 and 3:53.81, respectively.

Hailey Desmarais led the Ravens in the 1-mile run, finishing sixth in 5:56.80.

In the 60-meter hurdles, Briahna Bouchard placed second with a time of 9.50 seconds, while Elizabeth Jones finished seventh in 10.45 seconds.

In the high jump, Jennifer Kulick and Mackenzie Luth tied for second with a height of 1.56 meters, and Julie Greene placed fifth with 1.46 meters.

Pierce also excelled in the long jump, finishing second with a mark of 5.20 meters. Bouchard followed in sixth (5.05 meters), with Jacobson close behind in seventh (5.04 meters).

In the shot put, Emily Nhun placed third with a throw of 11.46 meters. Jones finished sixth with 10.36 meters, and Emma Crahan took tenth with 9.54 meters.

The weight throw saw Nuhn take second place with a mark of 14.18 meters, which broke the Plymouth Indoor record. Abigail Philbin finished third with a throw of 13.53 meters.

UP NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: Field athletes will be competing tomorrow at the GBTC invite. The rest of the Ravens will return to action next Saturday, January 25th at the USM Husky Invite.
