HANOVER, N.H. (September 17, 2018) – Franklin Pierce University men's golfer Keeton Foster (Spofford, N.H.) helped lead the Ravens into a tie for second place during the first round of the Penmen Fall Invitational Monday.

Foster is currently tied for sixth place on the individual leaderboard at 71 (+1). He is currently the Raven leading golfer as FPU as shot a 295 (+15) on the day which is good enough for a share of second place with host Southern New Hampshire University. The Ravens trail team leader Laval University by 15 strokes, but do not have a lot of room for error as three strokes separate the Ravens from dropping out of the top-5.

Junior Sam Myers (Colchester, Vt.) trails Foster by one at 72 (+2) and is in a tie for 12th place with six other athletes.

The Raven trio of Anthony Vincequere (Millbury, Mass.), Liam Donohue (Vernon, Conn.) and Dylan Plis (Camillus, N.Y.) all carded a 76 (+6) to round out the Raven scoring.

Franklin Pierce will look to catch up to Laval in the standings tomorrow.
