SYRACUSE, N.Y. (April 11, 2016) -- The Franklin Pierce University men's golf team tied for 10th, shooting 312 (+24) on their second day at Timber Banks Golf Club. Senior Travis Landry (Loudon, N.H.) and sophomore Taylor Simpson (Londonderry, N.H.) led the Ravens in the second round on Monday, as each shot 77 (+5) for the final day of the Mike Bello Invitational, hosted by Le Moyne.

The Ravens totaled 312 strokes on Monday to put them 24 strokes above par. They finished the two days with 631 strokes (+55) and finished in a tie for 10th place.

Landry led the Ravens for the second day, shooting 77 for the second straight day to finish five above par on the day. He ended the trip shooting 154 (+10) overall and finished in a tie for 22nd place.

Simpson took five strokes off his game for a 77 (+5) on day two to finish with 159 shots (+14) and tied for 47th place.

Senior Nick Adjutant (Rochester, N.H.) landed in a tie for 38th after shooting 79 (+7) and totaling 157 (+13) after both days.

Senior Brad Auclair (Cumberland, R.I.) took three strokes off his round, as he shot 79 (+7) and was in a tie for 53rd after going for 161 (+17) shots in the two days.

The final Raven on the links was sophomore Tom Arisco (Cheshire, Conn.). Arisco was a stroke better than Sunday, as he shot 85 (+13) on Monday to total 171 (+27) and a tie for 77th.
