HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • With 8 lead changes in the first 10 minutes of play, the Hawks finally get out to a sizeable lead with key shots from Jadon Archer and Sean McCarthy.
  • McCarthy and Oliver-Bush led the way for the Hawks as each of them were well into double digits scoring heading into the second half with a 46-38 lead.
  • The Hawks put the petal down heading into the second half, as they get out to over a 20-point lead.
  • The Ravens needed at stop with under 8 minutes to go but Archer strips the ball and delivers a no-look pass to McCarthy at the net for 2.
  • Pope becomes alive in the second half as he scores on 3 consecutive possessions that were not answered from the Hawks, as one of those scores were a result of a behind the back crossover. The Ravens get within 5 points with another dunk by Hall.
  • Despite the late resurgence by the Ravens, the deficit was too big to overcome as they fall 94-89.
