Field Hockey’s Abigail Tarka Earns NE10 Postseason Recognition

MANSFIELD, Mass. (11/6/24) - The Northeast-10 has released the 2024 Field Hockey Postseason honors. Southern New Hampshire's Annamartine Christis, the nation's leading scorer, and goalie Emma Peeters were selected by the conference coaches for each of the main awards.
All awards and all-conference teams were nominated and voted on by each of the league's 14 head coaches.
FPU's first year Abigail Tarka (Natick, Mass.) was named to the NE10 All-Freshman team. Tarka saw action in all 19 games for the Ravens, including 15 starts. She recorded one goal and two assists for four points, including the game-winning goal against Southern Connecticut State University. On the season, Tarka took 10 shots, seven on goal, as a midfielder for the Ravens.
