Clifford Named NE-10 Player of the Week
Sandown, N.H., native earns her first weekly honor
Jenee Clifford has been named Northeast-10 Conference Player of the
Week.

RINDGE, N.H. (September 25, 2006)
– Franklin Pierce sophomore Jenee Clifford (Sandown,
N.H./Timberlane) was named the Northeast-10 Conference
Player of the Week for field hockey by the Conference office on
Monday.
Clifford earns Player of the Week honors for the first time in her
career after posting two goals and three assists in a 2-1 week for
the Ravens. Clifford registered the game-winning goal in a 2-1
victory over No. 9 ranked Saint Michael’s College and
collected four points, on a goal and two assists in a 4-2 victory
over Southern Connecticut State University.
In five games played, Clifford leads Franklin Pierce with nine
total points, on three goals, and three assists. She has netted two
game-winning goals and recorded one penalty stroke.
Franklin Pierce (3-4, 3-4 NE-10) returns to action Wednesday as it
travels to No. 5 ranked Stonehill College at 7 p.m.
