Football Earns Two NE10 Weekly Awards 
 

MANSFIELD, Mass. (11/18/24) - Following a historic win for the Franklin Pierce football team, two Ravens received NE10 weekly awards in honor of their contributions to the team's thrilling overtime win over Assumption, Saturday. 

Quarterback Adrian Parker (Manchester, Conn.) was named the NE10 Player of the Week after a standout performance against Assumption. Parker delivered a standout performance in Franklin Pierce football's historic 21-19 double-overtime victory over Assumption, completing 31 of 47 passes for 327 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning 21-yard strike to Joziah Gonzalez. He also added 34 rushing yards, and a 17-yard touchdown run, accounting for all three of the Ravens' scores. Parker's leadership shone during a clutch 99-yard drive late in the fourth quarter, capped by a 12-yard touchdown pass to Kameron Massey. His dynamic playmaking helped Franklin Pierce secure the most wins in program history.  

Trey Sejour (Everett, Mass.) earned NE10 Defensive Player of the Week honors. Sejour anchored the Franklin Pierce defense recording 13 total tackles, including six solo stops and 3.5 tackles for loss. His relentless pressure resulted in 1.5 sacks.
