As a Freshman at Duquesne in 2010: Made 16 appearances on the mound for the Dukes, including seven starts, before the school eliminated its baseball program after the season...Logged 50 innings witha  5.76 ERA and a 1.580 WHIP...Allowed 34 runs (32 earned) on 55 hits (9.90/9 IP) and 24 walks (4.32/9 IP), hit eight batters, threw 10 wild pitches and struck out 43 (7.74/9 IP)...Had a batting average against of .285 (55-for-193) on his way to a 1-4 record.
