As a Graduate Student in 2009: Made 12 appearances on the mound for the Ravens, including three starts...Posted a 1-4 record and a 4.00 ERA over 27 innings...Allowed 16 runs (12 earned) on 20 hits, walked 16, threw six wild pitched, hit two batters and struck out 25...In his first Franklin Pierce appearance, threw 1.1 innings in relief, gave up two runs (one earned) on three hits, walked two and threw a pair of wild pitches at Lynn on 3/16...Tossed two-thirds of an inning of socreless relief and allowed one hit in the second game of a doubleheader against Molloy on 3/20...Fired two scoreless, hitless innings of relief and struck out three against Saint Rose on 3/31...Threw a scoreless, hitless inning out of the bullpen, walked one, threw a wild pitch and struck out one against Southern Connecticut State on 4/8...Tossed a scoreless, hitless inning of relief and struck out one against New Haven on 4/22...Started, threw a career-high 7.2 innings, allowed one run on six hits, did not issue a walk, threw a wild pitch, recorded a career-high seven strikeouts and picked up his first career win in the decisive game of the Northeast-10 Championship against Assumption on 5/10...Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on 5/10.
