MANSFIELD, Mass. (November 12, 2019) – Franklin Pierce University volleyball freshman right side hitter Mariah Robles (West Covina, Calif.) has been selected as the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week the league office announced Tuesday afternoon. It's the second time this season a Raven has earned top rookie honors.

Robles started and played in both games for the Ravens this weekend leading her team to a 2-0 mark. She compiled 38 kills, 4.22 kills per set, a .248 hitting percentage, 11 digs, four total blocks, and two service aces. In the 3-1 win at Adelphi, Robles notched the second double-double of her career with 13 kills and added 10 digs. The next day in the five-set win at Pace, the newcomer led all players and established a new personal-best with 25 kills while hitting .328. She also blocked three attempts well. She has tallied five double-digit kill games over her past six matches.

The Ravens (11-11, 5-6 NE10) return home to the friendly confines of The Fieldhouse tonight as they welcome conference opponent Southern New Hampshire University (14-10, 6-4 NE10) for a 7:00 p.m. tilt.
