Three Basketball Players Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

RINDGE, N.H. (3/25/25) - Three members of the men's and women's basketball teams were named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District ® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by the College Sports Communicators. Ja'Keese Kemp (Lakeland, Fla.) of the men's basketball team and Janessa Gonzalez (Meriden, Conn.) and Colette Mulderig (Scranton, Pa.) of the women's basketball team were selected.

To gain eligibility, student-athletes must post a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and start in 90% of their team's games.

Ja'Keese Kemp, the senior forward, has a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Kemp played in all 28 games for the Ravens, including 24 starts. He averaged 7.4 points per game.

Janessa Gonazalez, the graduate student, posted a 3.78 undergrad GPA and a perfect 4.0 in her grad program. Colette Mulderig earned a 3.9 undergrad GPA and a 4.0 in graduate school. Mulderig was also named NE10 All-Conference first team. Both members of the women's team played in all 27 games for the Ravens.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
