Men’s Tennis Taken Down by Stonehill, 5-2

EASTON, Mass. (10/08/24) - The Franklin PIerce men's tennis teams swept in doubles but were taken down by Stonehill College in a comeback during singles play to win 5-2.  

RECORDS:  

  • FPU: 3-2 (3-1 NE10)  
  • STONEHILL: 2-0 (0-0 NEC)  

HOW IT HAPPENED:  

  • The Ravens swept in doubles competitions, winning all three. Noé Martin (Sainte-Agnès, France) partnered with Joé Herin (Tias, Spain) to win at first doubles, 6-0.  

  • Martin would pick up the only Ravens' singles win at No. 2. He would defeat his Skyhawk opponent in three sets with a line score of 5-7,6-4,10-8.  

UP NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: Franklin Pierce men's tennis wrapped up the fall portion of their 2024-25 season. They will be back in action in the spring of 2025.
