Men’s Tennis: Singles Wins Take Down Bentley, 4-3

RINDGE, N.H. (09/28/24) - The Franklin Pierce men's tennis team took down the Falcons of Bentley, Saturday morning, when they would win four of their singles matches to capture the overall win, 4-3.

RECORDS:

  • FPU: 2-1 (2-1 NE10)
  • Bentley: 0-2 (0-2 NE10)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • Noé Martin (Sainte-Agnès, France) and Joé Herin (Tias, Spain) picked up the only doubles win for the Ravens winning 6-4 at No. 1.
  • Martin and Alejandro Ortiz (Madrid, Spain) each won in two sets in singles at No. 2 and No. 4, respectively.
  • Paul McLellan (Nairobi, Kenya) secured the win for the Ravens, overcoming his opponent at No. 6 singles.

UP NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: The Ravens will host Saint Michael on Wednesday, October, 2. The match is set for 10 AM.
