Entering his first season as a member of the men's soccer team in 2012 ... played on the men's tennis team as a sophomore in 2011-12.

As A Sophomore (2011-12): Posted a 3-8 singles record and a 4-7 doubles record ... Fall/Spring Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection ... in his Franklin Pierce debut, picked up an 8-4 win at sixth singles and teamed with Keith Bujak for an 8-5 win at third doubles against Regis (Mass.) on 9/18 ... joined with Bujak to squeak out a 9-8 (7-4) win at third doubles at Saint Anselm on 4/3 ... breezed to a 6-0, 6-3 win at fifth singles and won by default at third doubles against Pace on 4/6 ... posted a 6-4, 6-3 win at third singles after winning by default at third doubles at American International on 4/9.

Before Franklin Pierce: Spent his freshman year at University of Southern Maine ... before that, four-year letterwinner at Gardner (Mass.) High School ... Worcester Telegram & Gazette All-Star selection ... team captain as both a junior and a senior ... also a member of the soccer and track and field teams at Gardner ... was nationally ranked in the high jump as a senior and holds the school record in the event ... Worcester Telegram & Gazette All-Star selection in soccer ... soccer team captain as a senior ... played soccer at the club level for FC United.

Personal: Son of Dawn and Richard Colombo ... has an older brother, Josh, who is a Franklin Pierce alumnus ... majoring in computer engineering.
