Bio

2007-2008: Appeared in 22 games with seven starts. Averaged 4.2 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, finishing seventh on the team in both stats. Also shot a team-high 82.6 percent (15-of-21) from the free-throw line on the year. Recorded his first career double-double in the first game of the season, setting season highs with 12 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Dowling (11/16). Also reached double figures with 10 points against Assumption (11/20) and Saint Michael's (2/19).

2006-2007: Took the court in 19 games as a sophomore, making one start. Averaged 2.6 points and 2.3 rebounds per game, finishing eighth on the team in both categories. Recorded a season-high 10 points in a win over Southern Connecticut State (1/6). Hauled in a season-best eight rebounds to go along with eight points versus Saint Anselm (2/10).

2005-2006: Appeared in 10 games in his first season with the Ravens, averaging 2.1 points per game in limited action. Posted a season-high 13 points in 21 minutes of action against New York Tech (12/29), hitting 5-of-6 shots from the floor, including all three three-point attempts.

Before Franklin Pierce: A 2004 graduate of Trinity High School, where he played on the varsity team for four seasons.

Personal: Born August 26, 1985. Son of Ron and Carol Shepherd. Siblings are David (24), Max (20) and Nic (13). His dad was a swimmer at the University of Utah and his brother played basketball at Tufts Univerisity. His favorite team is the Boston Celtics and Larry Bird is his favorite player. Majoring in finance.
