As a Freshman in
2011: Made 11 appearances on the mound for the Ravens,
including one start...Posted a 2-0 record with a 3.08 ERA over 26.1
innings...Allowed 11 runs (nine earned) on 22 hits, walked 10, hit
three batters, threw a wild pitch, struck out 34 and held opponents
to a .218 batting average (22-for-101)...Made his collegiate debut
with five shutout innings of relief, allowed two hits, walked one
and struck out five to earn the win out of the bullpen against C.W.
Post on 3/6...Made his first career start, tossed six innings,
allowed one run on seven hits, walked one and struck out a
career-high six to pick up the win against C.W. Post on
3/19...Retired all three batters he faced, including two
strikeouts, to strand a pair of inherited baserunners in the eighth
inning at Bentley on 3/30...Pitched 2.1 innings out of the bullpen,
allowed two unearned runs on two hits, walked one and struck out
three in the first game of a doubleheader against Assumption on
4/3...Tossed a perfect ninth with a strikeout to finish the game
against Stonehill on 4/17...Pitched a scoreless, hitless seventh
inning with a walk and two strikeouts in the first game of a
