Bio

Danielle McCarthy was named Director of Athletic Communications in August 2024. 

McCarthy comes to the Ravens after serving as a graduate assistant for sports information at Misericordia University from 2023-2024. While at Misericordia, McCarthy helped create and produce all live streams as the school's conference released their new platform in the start of her position while also providing statistical support and social media content. McCarthy helped serve as a communications coordinator for the baseball team's trip to the NCAA DIII World Series as they went on to capture their first National title in school history. 

McCarthy graduated from Western New England University in May 2023 with a degree in Marketing and Sport Management. A dedicated athlete, McCarthy was a four-year member of the WNE's women's soccer team, playing a role in capturing the Commonwealth Coast Conference title in 2022 and guiding the team to their first NCAA tournament win.
